Or, if you prefer from the open-deck of the top level from where you’ll get a great view. If you fly with Singapore Airlines you get a discount (which I do) by using your boarding pass or your KrisFlyer membership card. If you are on a stopover holiday it is free, otherwise pay full price if on neither. It’s not public transport, but you can use this bus to go to any of the best sights and hop-off and hop-on again later.
